My shade doesn’t match and it is still sealed. How do I start a return?Updated 9 months ago

For Domestic Returns:

We are happy to help! Please email us at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange. In your email please include: your name, order number, what product(s) you are wanting to return and state if the main compartment (Pouch 2) is still sealed.

Our team will get back to you through email. 

*Please note that if we receive the product and Pouch 2 is opened you will no longer be eligible for a return. We will send the product back to you.

For International Returns:

For International orders the customer is responsible for sending the product back to us. Please send it to the address below.

Once we have received the return we will reach out to you with return options. Again if Pouch 2 is opened you are no longer eligible for a return or exchange.
