Every order comes with a tester weft for you to consult to see if the shade matches. If the tester doesn’t match, we offer returns as long as the main compartment is still sealed. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange. We would love to help facilitate an exchange to get you the right shade! Or we also offer refunds.
