Regarding the first part - Free Returns. This gives you a free return label if you need to return your order. Always remember pouch 2 must still be sealed in order to be eligible for a return/exchange.

Package Protection is optional on all orders before and at checkout that mitigates the risk of a lost or stolen package. We highly recommend this service. By unselecting it at checkout you are opting out of this insurance. If you purchase it and something happens to your order like you think it is lost, you can file a claim.
