Route Shipping Insurance is optional on all orders before and at checkout that mitigates the risk of a lost or stolen package. We highly recommend this service. By unselecting it at checkout you are opting out of Route. If you purchase Route and something happens to your order like you think it is lost, you can file a claim with Route.
