What do I do if I think my order was lost or stolen?Updated 7 months ago

Please confirm that your tracking says it was delivered. If it was marked as delivered and you do not have your order, and you purchased our Package Protection you can file a claim with here. If you did not purchase the Package Protection you will need to contact USPS or UPS (depending on the shipping you purchased) to file a claim directly with them. BFB Hair is not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages.
