What do I do if I think my order was lost or stolen?Updated 2 years ago

Please confirm that your tracking says it was delivered. If it was marked as delivered and you do not have your order, and you purchased Route Package Protection you can file a claim with Route. If you did not purchase Route you will need to contact USPS or Fedex (depending on the shipping you purchased) to file a claim directly with them. BFB Hair is not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages.
